近日，2022年美国缪斯国际设计大奖Muse Design Awards公布了本年度的获奖名单，由设计师李学文打造的作品凭借高质量的呈现获得了评审团的一致认同。作品《厦门海边的奢雅之风》荣获2022度Muse Design Awards荣耀——金奖。

奖项介绍

缪斯设计奖（MUSE Design Awards）创建于2015年，作为国际奖项协会IAA（International Awards Associate）旗下的全球性奖项赛事之一，该奖项面向建筑、室内、产品、景观、灯光、包装、时尚等广泛领域征集设计作品，致力于发掘和支持各行业处在上升期的设计师，旨在培养和推广“设计缪斯”，推动全球设计产业的发展更上一层楼。

该奖陪审员多达44人，来自世界23个国家，每个类别都使用各自行业的标准进行评估，以确保公正性。据官方统计，缪斯设计奖共收到来自全球100多个国家/地区的近4万份参赛作品，是全球设计领域最具影响力的国际奖项之一。

厦门海边的奢雅之风

Xiamen Seaside Villa

这栋海边别墅，坐落于美丽的海滨城市厦门，这里风景秀丽，气候宜人。事务所接受以艺术为事业的主人委托，旨在将这座住宅打造出轻奢舒适的空间，以便主人在这里度过愉快的假期与进行商务接待会友。

This seaside villa is located in the beautiful seaside city of Xiamen, with a beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. The firm was commissioned by the owner, who has a career in the arts, to create a light and comfortable space where the owner could enjoy his holidays and business receptions.

本案坐落在美丽的厦门海岸边，设计师AWEN充分利用了环境优越的地理位置，打造了舒适浪漫的海景住宅。现代艺术品成为了空间灵魂的点缀！功能需求与建筑结构巧妙融合，自然景观和室内空间无缝对接，布局和谐雅致，令人心旷神怡。房屋面积为1282平方米，共分四层，囊括了B1的私人招待空间以及3层生活空间。设计师在尝试创造一个无界的度假空间，通透、自然，让来自海边微风和海浪在整个住宅的自然氛围中缓缓的流淌。

This case is located in the beautiful Xiamen coast, the designer AWEN has made full use of the excellent location of the environment to create a comfortable and romantic sea view residence. Modern artwork becomes the embellishment of the soul of the space, the functional needs are subtly integrated with the architectural structure, and the natural landscape and interior space are seamlessly integrated. With an area of 1,282 square meters, the house is divided into four floors, encompassing the B1 private hospitality space as well as the 3 floors of living space. The architects tried to create a resort space without borders.It is airy and natural, allowing the breeze from the sea and the waves to flow slowly through the natural atmosphere of the entire residence.

在空间表达上，设计师AWEN将其形容为高雅奢华与时尚静谧的对话。首层空间安置了客厅以及餐厅两个空间区域，利用独立的电视墙将这两个空间隔开，使得两个空间保持紧密联系的同时又附有一定的私密度。室内空间自然的风格和氛围创造出一个中性的设计基础，米灰色调为空间营造宁静的休憩氛围，独特的金色装置品如灯饰，自然面的墙壁和沙发为空间添加上一丝奢华，低调而优雅。首层螺旋楼梯将人引入地下的娱乐空间以及二三层的私人生活空间。负一层作为主要娱乐空间，有酒吧区域、健身房、户外庭院等功能区。假期期间，喊上三五好友聚于此处闲聊、玩乐，可以疏散日常生活给人带来的疲惫。二三层起居空间的规划相对简单，空间风格现代且宁静，通过卧室的落地窗，居住者可以将海边的美景尽收眼内。室内装潢低调而奢华，大型独立的蓝绿色浴缸为空间增添了些许温暖的氛围。

In terms of spatial expression, designer AWEN describes it as a dialogue between elegance and luxury and fashion and quietness. The first floor houses the living and dining areas, which are separated by a separate TV wall, allowing the two spaces to remain close together with a certain amount of privacy. The natural style and atmosphere of the interior space creates a neutral design base, with beige and gray tones creating a tranquil retreat, unique gold fixtures such as lamps, natural walls, and sofas adding a touch of luxury, understatement and elegance. The spiral staircase on the first floor leads people to the entertainment space on the ground floor and the private living space on the second and third floors. The negative floor is the main entertainment space, with a bar area, gym, outdoor courtyard and other functional areas, where people can gather with friends during holidays to chat and have fun, and evacuate the fatigue brought by daily life. The living space on the second and third floors is relatively simple, with a modern and tranquil style, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms allow the residents to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The interiors are understated and luxurious, with a large freestanding blue-green bathtub adding a touch of warmth to the space.

对于材料的选择，该建筑的每一层都有其特殊考虑，包括艺术机理漆、天然大理石、金属、木饰面。这些精心使用的材料组合不仅使整栋住宅别墅具有独特的个性，也使主人营造出既符合度假休息又适合接待客人的氛围。此外，空间多处采用定制拼装材料，进一步地便于日后对材料进行更换以及维护。

In terms of sustainability, special consideration was given to the choice of materials for each floor of the building, including artistic machined paint, natural marble, metal, and wood finishes. This careful combination of materials not only gives the entire villa its unique character, but also makes it suitable for the owner to create an atmosphere that is both suitable for vacation breaks and for hosting guests. In addition, custom assembled materials are used throughout the space to further facilitate future material replacement and maintenance.
